Assalamualaikum readers....
I am fat!my BMI shows I am overweight.*insert tangisan tak berlagu*Aku nak kuruuuuuuussssss!!!!!Yup,that my mission for ever and ever..Why is it??because i'm TOO LAZY to RESTART it all over again after a very,very long period of time. Ini semua salah doggy-doggy yang mengejar aku time aku jog aritu(i think that was two years and half ago). Yes,long enough for me to gain roughly about 15kilos(roughly ok haha). Hakak phobia ok. DOGS PHOBIA.
So now,since i'm NOT FIT any of my OUTFITS i have to do something right now! No more delays,no more excuses,no more phobia.Now!Now!Nak kurus balik!Seriously,now i only have my dress(last raya) that fits me really well n comfortable to wear.The others is too fit for my unfit body.Sob..sob...Besides i'm a hijabers,takkan la nak pakai ketak-ketak pulak kan ye dok??And not to mention panas weiiii...tak selesa laaaa..I's not only abot my shape but my fitness and my health that really matters to me.GEMUK IS NOT OHSEM ok(semput pulak)hehehe.
And that is why i'm following kevin zahri on his fb.It's really nice to have such website to encourage and motivates you along your journey to jom kurus,because most people are being judgmental to 'big person'.Mostly.They just keep saying but less encourage.And want thing that matter is,orang "tomey lotey" nie sensitip ok.Masa nilah confidence level dropped to -0.0000000000000001. Betul la tu,i'm experience it myself hokey.So,kalau nak mengata tu sila lah lihat kanan dan kiri dulu yea sebelum kata-katamu meluncur laju merempuh hati orang .Haaa....jangan cakap akak tak payung ye saudara saudari.
So now i'm aiming about 10-15 kilos loss before raya and that means i have about 3 months left.Fuhh,what a number!!I can do it!!No matter what,AKU AKAN MENCAPAI BERAT BADAN IDEAL AGAR AKU MENJADI ORANG YANG SIHAT!!Haaa...amik kau,siap angkt sumpah lagi.hahaha.
So,that's all for tonight.I'm so sleepy,need to rest and get enough sleep now.Byeee..
